*Position Description: QA Onsite Test Cordinator* *Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extention)* *Office Location: CA - SAN RAMON* *Job description - * 3-5 year experienced Test Analyst Role: Testing Coordinator(Create test plans, coordinate testing, defect logging and tracking reports, etc). No automation is required, all testing is manual. Background Currently client processes PIN debit transactions through direct links to the Star and Pulse networks, and through Visanet to non-Star and Pulse networks. The Visanet routing is determined by a static table that client maintains. With the Durbin amendment to the Dodd-Frank legislation of 2011, debit card interchange and routing has become very complex. Deep expertise is needed to route transactions the most efficient, least costly way. Additionally, incentive agreements have developed whereby certain debit network or card brands offer funding to maximize transaction routing to their network. As a result of these developments, Card Operations worked with Procurement to issue a RFP to the marketplace to develop Smart Routing a system which will allow client to route PIN debit transactions dynamically to the lowest cost debit network and take advantage of incentive opportunities.
