Feel free to give me a call directly as well.* * **Ab Initio Developer * *Location: Columbus, OH* *No of positions: 4 Duration: Long-term** * *Roles And Responsibilities* Able to interface with business analysts, architects and working knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies. >Design large or complex projects involving application development, migrations and enhancement to existing applications >Responsible for detailed technical design and development of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms. >Assess and develop high level design requirements and incorporate them in detailed design and process flow diagrams >Assess detailed technical specifications against design requirements >Guide other developers on technical issues >Perform coding and Unit testing work and deploy code into other environments >Support the system testing and integration testing activities and closing defects >Support the production rollout and validation activities >Mentor, guide and/or direct work of less experienced programming and development staff >Participate in code and documentation reviews for its correctness and standards *Must Have Skills* Ab Initio GDE (2.14 onwards) >EME > Conduct>IT >Exposure to any of Scheduling Tools like Control-M, Op-console, Autosys etc >Unix Shell Scripting >Proficiency atleast one of the database like Oracle, DB2 Nice to Have Skills >Knowledge of other Ab Initio product like BRE, Metadatahub, op-console >Knowledge of Environment Architecture >Knowledge of mainframe environment >Use of Continous flow processing and Web Service components *Please accept my apologies if this job is not of interest to you.
