JD at high level is: 1) Having solid experience in managing testing team involves manual testing, automation (both UI and backend), end-end product releases. 2) Prior hands-on experience in testing. 3) Have managed a large testing team in the past. 4) Have previous experience in QA / Building automation frameworks from the ground up 5) Project Management certification is a plus. 6) Past experience in managing Agile (SCRUM) projects 7) Hungry to make an impact and challenge the status quo.
