* Position: Business Analyst with Change Management Location: Windsor, CT Duration: 4+ Months Contract Start Date: ASAP Rate: $55/hr on C2C or 1099 *** Need US Citizen's or GC or EAD & Face2Face Interview required *** * *Description:* Business analyst to facilitate, elicit document and support enhancements to End-to-End Execution tools. Work with the PM to devising change initiatives, generating organizational buy-in, implementing the initiatives as seamlessly as possible and generating a repeatable model for ensuring continued success in future change efforts. *Requirement: *Business Analysts have primary accountability for providing client support and consultation on the development of business requirements in the design and delivery of IT solutions. Elicit needs for basic to complex buisness and technical issues. Translae and document needs into understandable requiremetns, and manage scope and solution design to those requirements. Work collaboratively with Enterprise Archtecture to deliver best possible requirements solutions by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of business strategies, products, functions and processes, Along with current and emerging IT products, services and methodogies. Understand the goals and risks associated with the business and technical requirements and offer counsel on risk mitigation and the alignment of requirements with objectives. Demonstrate a team orientation by working closely and effectively with customers, development teams and outside services.
