Ownership of Sev. 1 escalations (once escalated to Network Engineering) and functions as “Incident Commander” to resolution Pivotal technical person to drive Problem Management and flag/resolve chronic operational problems by providing analytical triaging, technical support and managing service providers Drive and technically support operational infrastructure (design, installations, configurations, maintenance) upgrades and service improvements. Daily interactions with Customer’s service providers to technically support SLA Delivery, RFP, SOW, POC, etc. as an integrator Key resource to implement security recommendations from vendors and industry security standards best practices ITIL / ETOM or Equivalent framework experience and/ or certification * * *Education/Experience:* B.S./ B.A. or equivalent degree in addition to vendor or product certifications.
