Background with Maximo EAMS (3+ years) 2. 10 years – Project Management and supervision/coordination of staff 3. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple high profile projects at the same time 4.Experience doing resource planning and work flow planning, while keeping all projects on track. 5.Soft skills must be able to be diplomatic at all levels working with the CTO and Stakeholders. 6. Understand the Risk assessment 7.Decision making skills for applying professional/managerial principles and judgment, within overall direction established by senior management 8.Problem solving skills for solving complex technical or strategic problems, applying technology or business approaches in new ways, or developing and recommending new alternatives 9. Proficient with using MS Project to create project plans and track project progress *Preferred: *1. Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred 2. BA/BS Degree or Equivalent; MA/MS/MBA preferred; 3.
