Ø High proficiency in building Web Applications using UI Design Patterns and technologies like HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, JSON, XML, XSLT, CSS. Ø Highly motivated individual with deep technology understanding, capable of learning and digesting new technologies rapidly. Ø Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects with varying priorities and deadlines. Ø Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices. Ø Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA). Ø Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team player Ø Must exhibit exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
