Client is looking for a QA engineer with solid tools experience to help the client begin to use Smart Bear- this is a tool newly purchased. Its okay if you haven’t used this tool before. You’ll want to let them know your process for researching a new tools, helping the client figure it out, teach others on the tool. This is a smaller IT shop so you would need to feel comfortable communicating with all employees and providing guidance. They are a Java shop as well.
