* * * * *Role : Hyperion Administrator* *Location: Harrisburg, PA Duration : 6 months* *Interview: Phone* *Job Description* * * · Perform all phases of analysis including problem definition, solution conceptualization, infrastructure related projects. · Participate in infrastructure support, activities such as monitoring systems and internal external technical support. · Participate in Hyperion S/W upgrades , Patches, add on installations , configurations and support for Dvlp/QA, Prod systems. · Hyperion Technical (Script/Java/Windows) configuration. · Document technical checklists/procedures/flows for change control and audit trails. · Monitor Hyperion agents , components, disc space, generate trouble tickets · Restarting Hyperion’s product services · Rotating on call support/ weekend coverage · investigating Error logs/ server logs · Working with Hyperion vendor( Oracle) for technical support tickets. · Coordination with client Operations/ Network/Security for troubleshooting hardware /software issues. · proactive evaluation of system issues and recommendations. · scope is global with approximately 600 users · Disaster recovery coordination and testing annually · Understand system strategies, and enterprise architecture. * * *Qualifications* · Knowledge of Windows/VM environments housing and the Hyperion system. · Understanding of firewall /encryptions / secure internal network security · Windows scripting knowledge · Experience with components of Hyperion Suite( HFM, Planning, Essbase, FDM, EPMA, LCM) · Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory interface to Hyperion. · Understanding /experience in clustered server environment for High Availability Applications · Strong problem solving capabilities, Result oriented, fact based Decision making · Independent Learner, self-motivated, Goal oriented · Experience as Technical /Business Analyst · Documentation skills for checklist/procedures/flows for change control and audit trails · Strong customer focus · Ability to work with multiple projects.
