Location: Boston, MA
Duration : 6+ months
Responsibility :
Ø designing
Ø writing and maintaining web applications
Ø including developing written specifications
Ø coding and unit testing
Skills include:
Ø expertise in programming using: Java,J2EE with strong past work experience
on JSF, Spring, Hibernate, Web logic.
Education and Job details :
Ø 6+ years industry experience.
Ø BS or MS in Computer Science or related degree desired.
Ø Experience with Software Development Life Cycle.
Ø Communicates effectively with technical team, architect, and business team
and project manager. Software Design.
Ø Able to clearly and concisely articulate technical solutions.
Ø Able to provide technical critiques of system architectures.
Ø Effectively translate functional specifications to technical specifications.
Ø Object Oriented Design Methodology. Component Design High/Low level.
Ø Strong Java application development skills (JavaEE, JDBC, JMS) and XML
knowledge
base. Experience in Application Servers WebLogic/JBoss platform.
Ø Knowledge in application performance tuning.
Other Skills:
Ø Strong Web technology skills that includes JSF, Hibernate and Spring;
Javascript;
knowledge in Content Management platform (Teamsite, Documentum) and Clear Case
is desirable.
Ø Ability to interact effectively with technology staff and management.
