*Please find the below requirement. * * * *Please share suitable consultant for the below job description ,* *Principal Application Consultant- Human Capital Management- Time and Labor* Shrewsbury, MA 4 months+ *Principal Application Consultant - Human Capital Management (HCM) - Time and Labor* *OVERVIEW *UMass is currently using Oracle PeopleSoft HCM version 9.0 and is starting the upgrade to HCM version 9.2. The Time and Labor staff has several competing priorities and is seeking a qualified individual with strong functional expertise to assist in the upgrade assessment, fit/gap sessions and scope recommendations. Qualified candidates must have prior relevant experience in the areas described below. *PROJECT DURATION & CONSULTANT INFORMATION *This is a temporary assignment beginning in October 2013 and the duration may be up to 12 weeks. Work Hours: 40 hours/week for the duration Key qualifications related to the individual Consultant(s) assigned to perform services outlined herein include experience with HCM version 9.2 HCM Time and Labor. Experienced PeopleSoft Consultant to lead the Preview and Fit/Gap sessions spanning the Time and Labor. Must also specifically have experience with the Integration of these modules with Core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll and General Ledger. *Requirements: 1. Core strength in the Time and Labor area including self-service, approval and notification components 2. Higher Education sector experience 3. Experience of assisting client in upgrade from 9.0 to 9.2 4. Ability to take input from the client's application services (support) and development teams in developing the session topics and deliverables 5. Ability to lead the preview/fit-gap session including noting issues, suggesting alternatives (when needed), and helping client understand what is configurable. 6.
