The ideal Salesforce SDE candidate will have demonstrable experience in implementing multistep approval workflows and escalations to automate business processes and have experience with the Force.com<http://force.com/>web services API. You should also have experience of working within the VisualForce framework and creation and management of Apex classes. Strong background in Java is desirable. You will work closely with the Business and IT teams to identify practical solutions through existing and new application systems technology. As the Salesforce SME you will be responsible for leading the development, testing and ongoing support of the custom code.
