If he has less of development efforts then also it’s ok but need strong BPM consultant. Experience in development and design in SOA/BPEL/BPMN Experience in development and designing of work flow process in ActiveVOS designer/central/console. Develop and document BPMN notation Process model meeting the business solution needs.
