*Job Title: Business Analyst - HealthcareLocation: Jacksonville, FLDuration: 9 Months ContractStart Date: ASAP* *Rate: $45/hr on C2C* *****Need US Citizen's or GC or EAD only***** *Job Duties:* Participates in project components from initial requirements to final implementation. May also participate in production support activities to include Issue Management. Works with business partners to define scope and recommend requirements gathering approach and deliverables. Works with business partners and technology leads to determine which business and technology teams may be affected by scope. Analyzes business and user needs and documents requirements using a variety of artifacts and methodologies. Conducts requirements solicitation sessions and documents business requirements. Facilitates business process redesign and creates process and operational workflow mapping as needed. Identify risks, evaluate controls and prepare findings and recommendations. Plans, prepares and executes various testing activities to ensure appropriate testing is conducted for the work effort, including a test matrix Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of solutions, policies, practices and processes to ensure continuous improvement, good client relations, compliance and adherence to business and system requirements. Recommends improvements to achieve and deliver high quality, value-added services. Develops and builds internal and external partnerships to improve communication, coordination, collaboration and effective working relationships within own department, across the Company and outside the Company.
