*1)Contact Center - System Engineer*

Between 4 to 6 years of hands on experience on contact center technology
component implementation and integration.

Experienced on Avaya PBX (Communication Manager). Able to create call
routing using vector programming.

End to end knowledge of IPCC domain. Certified from Avaya is preferred.

Implementation knowledge of ACD, CMS.

Able to run linux commands





*2) Contact Center - Support Engineer*

Between 4 to 6 Years of support and operation experience of contact center
environment preferrably on Avaya domain.

L1 Issue trouble shooting, Issue isolation, resolution.

Knlowledge of support tools and work culture.

Willing to work in rotational shifts.





*3) Contact Center Ops Support*

Between 4 to 6 years of support and operation experience in IP Contact
Center domain .

 Hands on experience in Avaya configuration , routing ,reporting , call
recording.

Experinece in handling L1/L2/L3 tickets within given SLAs and ticketing
systems.





*4) Voice Infrastructure Ops Support*

Between 4 to 6 years of experience Avaya voice infrastructure and N/W
infrastructure.

Experience in handling deployments and should have troubleshooting skills.

Handson experience in Linux and Windows admin.
