[email protected] *Project Manager* *San Francisco, CA* *POSITION SUMMARY* Act as project manager and business analyst (50/50) to define business requirements, evaluate software and manage timeline, budget and deliverables for a new Stores Portal and Headquarters Intranet. Position will be engaged from vendor selection through deployment. *PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES* · Define and document application requirements · Work with IT management and development staff to ensure routine business processes are clearly documented and that the solutions meet the requirements. · Manage expectations relative to delivery of IT projects. · Responsible for effective project management, including estimating, developing, and monitoring project plans. · Identify broad business issues to the business. Manage and track scope and issues, and negotiate resolution. · Participate in walkthroughs to validate designs meet requirements; offer constructive feedback to other supported application platforms. · Willingly share knowledge and experience within the IT team. · Prepare regular status reporting and updates to management. *EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS* · BS or BA with 5+ years of relevant technical and functional experience. · Strong written communication skills · Experience deploying intranet solutions · Experience writing technical documentation and user guides · Candidate must possess a strong attention to detail; superior follow-up skills and be result oriented with effective oral / written communications ability. · Able to effectively communicate effectively to technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organization. · Effective at building consensus across the organization.
