*This is a very long term project* *Please send your profiles to [email protected] <[email protected]> * *Role:* * SAP Advanced Planner and Optimizer (APO) Location: Houston, TX* *Duration:** 5 Months+ Extension* *Skills:* AP Advanced Planner and Optimizer, APO, Demand Planning DP, GATP (Global Available to Promise) & SNP (Supplier Network Planning), ABAP, SAP Query *Qualifications:* - Ideal candidate should have over 5 years of industry experience. - Over 3 years of experience in SAP Advanced Planner and Optimizer (APO) - Over 6 years of experience in Demand Planning, GATP (Global Available to Promise) and SNP (Supplier Network Planning). *Requirements:* - Experience with APO GATP and SNP. - Strong DP configuration and technical skills including history data mapping, APO design, Statistical models analysis and selection (best fit vs. specific models), Macro development, Proportion factors, Demand aggregation and disaggregation, Final demand release to SNP and Reporting. - Strong working knowledge of SAP ECC master data and transaction data to support APO DP solution. - Ability to set up APO CIF and troubleshoot CIF issues. - Must be very hands-on experienced working with the SAP PP module (production planning, MRP, Manufacturing BOM, Routings, work centers, Planned Orders, Sales and Operational Planning, MPS, Production receipts). - Strong SAP – PP skills involving configuration, customizing and setting up the enterprise structure and manufacturing related data. - Must be experienced in multi-level BOM, Serialization, Engineering Change Management, Revision Control. - Knowledge of variant configuration with related to PP. - Experience with SAP’s Long Term Planning and Demand Management. - Experience with a manufacturing environment – make to order, make to stock and engineer to order is a major plus. - Strong change management, business process mapping and re-engineering experience required. - Designing, building, testing, deploying and supporting SAP and non-SAP systems and solutions according to specifications and schedules while meeting quality requirements. - Familiarity with BASIS and technical tools desirable.
