If you are not interested in this position, Please let me know if you have any friends who would be interested...... *Role: **QA / User Interface Specialist* *Duration: 12+ Months * *Work Location: New York, NY* *Job Description:* - Provide services as part of the Reference Data Technology team and focus on the delivery and testing of Client Reference Data Workflow platform. This platform will provide global solutions for client reference data workflows, which include client on-boarding, account opening and settlement instruction data acquisition processes. - Work with subject matter experts of reference data team and help build the foundation for reference data user experience requirements - Generate user personas and user scenarios with the complete set of test case scenarios - Create mock-ups, design interfaces and take part in User Acceptance Testing - Create and maintain UI standards guide and documentation for technical reference - Manage QA testing and User Acceptance Testing - Mentor and oversee the work of other quality assurance resources. - Create QA procedures and processes using industry best practices for the team to follow. - Document, track and communicate test results to senior stakeholders. - Maintain and improve the quality assurance environments. - Solid understanding of test automation best practices is required *Required Skills:* - 5-7 years of experience in the financial industry - 2+ years as a QA team lead in creating QA procedures and processes for the team to follow. - Minimum 5 years of experience as a workflow tool user experience analyst / designer; relevant KYC client on boarding or account opening experience is preferred. - Experience with setting up automated testing frameworks for functional and performance testing. - Ability to develop and execute test plans. - Experience with SQL and proven ability of written complex queries to execute test cases. - Experience with some of the quality assurance tool or similar - QTP, LoadRunner, WinRunner, Selenium, shell scripting and other testing tools - Working knowledge of XML concepts and bug tracking tool like JIRA (or similar) is preferred.
