Responsibilities:

.         Conduct analysis of existing business processes and recommend

process improvements

.         Lead a Business Process track in a Business Transformation /

Implementation project

.         Lead small to medium sized projects completely and deliver

end-to-end solution to the clients

.         Help the client in Business Case preparation for initiating

the project

.         Lead Blueprint sessions and workshops

.          Thorough knowledge of complete life-cycle of SAP EM solution

.         Hands-on configuration skills on SAP EM

.         Drive the team in the Realization phase to complete design and

development

.         Take responsibility for end-to-end solution delivery for their

respective tracks





Bachelor Degree

.         10 - 15 years of IT experience

.         Understanding of SAP architecture .Demonstrated history of

leading the successful  SAP  EM implementation

.          Disciplined self-starter, able to be highly productive both

working alone and in close collaboration within a team

.          Passionate and knowledgeable about exploring and

experimenting with the latest application development technologies

.          Strong functional  background on logistics
