Position/Role Title: Technical Project Manager Duration: 5 Months Location: Redmond, WA *Responsibilities:* Drive program/project from project initiation through Go-live and Stabilization. Interface with clients, internal and external partners as required on technical matters and/or project subject matters. Create the functional specification, requirements, and integration test plans. Review functional specifications and test plans with appropriate parties and receive signoff. Work with Project team to help identify gaps between documented requirements and functional specification. Work with the Project team to help identify gaps between documented functional and technical specifications. Deliver defined deliverables prior to appropriate milestone meetings. Participate in and assist in the preparation of mile stone meetings. Manage development schedule and interactions between the Project team and support teams. Manage interaction with external partner development teams, and manage integration testing with external partners. Serve as SCRUM master for specific feature sprints. Lead a team of 2-5 developers and test to implement features *Primary Skills/Must Have:* SQL Experience - Must be able to understand, review and write SQL queries Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience 7 + years of Experience in program Management Experience driving agile projects Experience in running projects with technologies Net Framework, WCF/REST and SQL Must be able to multi-task Must be a self-starter and a quick in ramp up, business or technology Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Excellent time management skills.
