Role: Service Engineer (SCSM , SCOM) Location: Redmond WA, Duration: 6 months *Locals are highly preferred* *Total Experience Required: 5+ Years * *Mandatory Technical Skills:* Experienced SE with minimum 5+ years experience and hands on experience on the System Center suite (SCSM, SCOM, Savision LiveMaps, SCVMM, APM) SE experience on SCSM , SCOM & Sharepoint administration work SQL Mid Level Expertise .NET 3.5, ASP/ASP.NET Web Services Advanced expertise Intermediate understanding of networking Beginner Level BizTalk Coding, performance tuning and deep dive knowledge on the above skills *Desirable Technical Skills* Advanced Architectural and business functional knowledge. *Mandatory Functional Skills:* Responsible as the Subject Matter Expert for production environment and application(s). Can trouble shoot issues independently, can work with project team directly without guidance from others. Available for on call escalations and advanced break fix problems and problem management. Facilitates and coordinates release management process and adherence to it. Participates in major problem reviews, initiates requests for change and ensures compliance with operational and security policies Capable of leading incident management team in trouble shooting issues and can identify potential problems in applications and advocate for solutions.
