**** Work location: OshKosh, WI* **** Possible 3+ Month * *Software Architect/Tech Lead:* The Software Lead manages the activities of the technical development team for both delivery and strategy/planning. Leads the strategy and planning for software development and integration for the client’s project team. SOA/Software Architecture • Solid knowledge of Software development (preferably with heavy integration and SOA) • Deep understanding of SDLC (at least one SDLC methodology) • Leads the development of formalized SOA solution methodologies • Provides technical and thought leadership in both system integration as well as application development • Lead/contribute in architecture, design & code reviews • Lead/Assist in the review functional requirements and determine the type of integration work that is needed based on the business needs and can translate to technical requirements Project Management • Solid understanding of Project Management and methodologies • Can drive project management activities • Can facilitate cross functional technical issue management between IT and functional groups • Solid understanding of how to manage and track issues, risks, actions, and decisions. • Solid communication to effectively represent in project level meetings. • Communicate all program level discussions, technical issues, risks, actions for Tech Arch Track • Effectively drive resolution of technical issues Desired Skills/Experience: • 10-15 years experience working in application integration space with 3-5 years in a development team lead role • Minimum 5 years experience with ESB implementation as well as hand on knowledge of environment handling large volume of data & services.
