Ø Candidate will lead the following activities Ø SAP Software, OS and DB updates Ø System data refreshes Ø Project team technical needs (i.e. Basis) · Builds and leads teams of IS and end-user representatives to address functional business issues through the use of information technology. · Contributes to the growth of employees through performance assessments, coaching and mentoring. · Leads others in being attentive to the client Vision, Values, Issues and Stakeholders Interests. · Effectively leads or manages projects or portfolios of a large size and critical or complex nature. · Effectively balances quality, schedule and cost in the deployment of information technology to address the business needs of the functional areas. · Pro-actively exercises management and technical skills to complete projects on-time, within budget and with high quality. · Coaches and leads others through the analysis, design, build and implementation phases of projects. · Establishes and maintains effective relationships with all levels of end-users and IS personnel. · Establishes and communicates a vision for the evolution of their application portfolio's.
