Should be able to guide her team technically and also give architectural directions. 3. Should have a good understanding of the RMS database structure, to help with the architecture of interfaces. 4. Should have knowledge on table sizing & design (exadata server preferred), to work with the DBA's in defining the tables. 5. Experience in Security module - OID 6. Knowledge on version control like SVN 7. Knowledge on Scheduler like ESP 8. Knowledge around customizations (Pro c) Roles and responsibility Lead the environment team to plan and support all release migration, data refresh, ExaData migration, and environment configurations, as well as to execute the batch jobs.
