5-7 Years of experience in the Quality Assurance Be able to lead a team of 6+ test specialists Health Care knowledge *Job Location* , United States *Job Description* · Lead the test team to develop, maintain, execute, and report test results for functional, system and performance testing, manual test cases, and automated test cases. · Lead the test team to develop and maintain automated build / test scripts in a continuous integration model. · Lead the test team to Identify, analyze, report, and triage existing test defects. · Lead the test team to analyze the performance results and provide necessary recommendations on hardware and infrastructure. · Collaborate with business analysts lead and software development lead (internal and external) to ensure overall quality of the business functionality *Required Skills* · Working knowledge of Oracle software stack, specifically OPA rules system · Strong understanding of XML and XSLT · Strong Health Care background · Experience with testing tools specifically JIRA · *Technology Stack*: Java, Javascript, XML, CSS, SQL, PL SQL, HTML and Spring Framework, Tomcat, Jquery, Windows are required.
