Collect and synthesize data, review current business processes, understand end-user needs in consultation with stakeholders and explain implications of choices to all involved. Act as liaison between business users and IT development team and works closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to help create Project Requirement Documents (PRDs), Functional Specification Document (FSD) and use cases. Facilitate meetings and focused groups to identify optimal solutions that create and enhance business value.
