*Duration: 9 month contract* *Only US citizen and GC* *Interview:: Phone then Face to Face* *Must-haves* 5+ years of project management experience Full SDLC knowledge Strong application development background or overseeing these type of projects Experience managing 3rd party applications Experience overseeing offshore teams B.S. in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent PMP certified Excellent communication skills *Plusses* Linux/ Unix server knowledge (specifically overseeing application upgrades) Understanding of middle ware (Tibco specifically) Energy industry experience ERCOT energy industry experience Oracle database experience (specifically with Oracle Utilities or Lodestar) Experience with risk management Experience with Zainet, Allegro, Open Link, or Triple Point *Day-to-Day* As a senior project manager you will be responsible for overseeing small to large scale projects for the client. You will be responsible for two main projects. The first project would be overseeing the Zainet upgrade. The second project would be a middle ware upgrade. You would be responsible for overseeing the re architecture of the TIBCO middle ware.
