Title: QA engineer Location: Boston, MA Duration: 6 months Wide experience conducting Functional, Integration, Stress, Unit, Smoke, Positive, Negative, Usability (System), Deployment, Black Box, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing. *Job Description:* * Develops and executes test cases. * Documents problems identified in testing and reports results. * Manages the execution of multiple, complex test plans by preparing assignments, providing training and guidance and reviewing activities to ensure quality standards are met. * Experience in writing queries and scripts for data analysis * Excellent analytical skills in understanding business process and functionality requirements while translating them into system specifications. * Strong knowledge of various Software Development Life Cycles, testing methodologies and environment including: Agile-SCRUM, and Waterfall models. * Knowledge of manual as well as automated testing strategies. * Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence, Business Architecture, Data Warehousing, Database structures and query formats with stronghold on SQL and Oracle systems. * Strong knowledge and proficient in creating UML diagrams such as Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. * Good experience in making the business users learn about the newly implemented system during the implementation stage and maintenance. * Knowledge of Six Sigma standards and protocols. *Let me know if needed any help from my end.
