*Knowledge and Skills (List those items required to obtain or maintain
position; e.g.,  required to maintain current license in Electronics.)*

Performs in project management and technical leadership roles for
infrastructure hosting issues and projects of moderate to high risk and
complexity.

*             Has advanced knowledge supporting an Infrastructure Hosting
Environment, including Desktop Hosting Technologies (Quest vWorkspace or
Citrix )

*             Experience with client packaging technologies (Flexera and
System Center Configuration Manager) is helpful.

*             Translate business application requirements into
infrastructure requirements.

*             Evaluates products, services, applications/tools, software,
and industry developments for potential business impact.

*             Executes infrastructure hosting deployments of medium to
large scale.

*             Provides tier-3 level support for problem resolution.



*Previous Experience (List years and type of experience.  Alternatives
should be listed if applicable.) *

*             5 - 7 years of increasingly responsible professional
experience.

*             Requires in-depth knowledge of infrastructure hosting
technologies (Quest vWorkspace or Citrix); hardware, Windows Operating
System (2003-2012 R2), and related tools and applications.

*             Prefer Quest vWorkspace 7 or 8 experience, but similar
experience with Citrix is acceptable.

*             Requires excellent demonstrated oral, written, interpersonal,
and communication skills

*             Requires basic knowledge of networking components and
services such as TCP/IP protocols, DHCP and DNS technologies, and LAN/WAN
topologies and transports.

*             Requires advanced technical diagnostic and research skills.

*             Requires strong customer service orientation, proven
dependability, promptness, and a solid attendance history.

*             Produces clear and comprehensive technical practices and
procedures.

*             Provides training and answers questions for technical and
non-technical staff.
