This is a long term position in Manhattan. Candidates must have strong experience with the following:* *Responsibilities * · Installation and configuration of the Solaris & Linux servers (Redhat, Oracle Enterprise Linux) for various landscapes like ERP, Mail and other applications. · Installation and Configuration of ICC standard tools for backup, monitoring and administration. · Implementing configurations related to SAN, multi-paths, security and user/group administration. · Administration of various services and infrastructure services running SMTP Email relays, DNS-Bind, List Servers, MySQL Database servers, Apache Web servers & FTP servers. · Troubleshooting any application or connectivity issues. · Document monitoring and maintenance procedures. *Experience: * · Good experience in deployment and support of ERP and Web environments. · Good skills in installation, configuration and administration of web servers using Apache, PHP, Tomcat & MySQL technologies. · Strong analytical and problem solving skills a must.
