Please let me know your thoughts. 3 references required. *Candidates should have at least 84 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:* - Experience implementing, supporting and administering Microsoft Server 2003/2008/2012 environment including clustered variants. - Experience with middleware configuration, upgrading and optimization. - Experience configuring, implementing and maintaining VMWare ESX Server environment. - Experience configuring and maintaining full and incremental backups of entire server environments at all levels including Operating System, configuration, and data. Utilizing software such as Veritas/Symantec Backup Exec and VMware replication. - Experience configuring, provisioning, and maintaining advanced server storage. SAN, NAS, iSCSI, virtual data stores. - Experience With Content Management Systems such as Xerox Docushare. - Education/Certification Posses Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer Credentials(MCSE). - Education/Certification Posses VMware Certified Professional 5 - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV).
