Lead R2R / InterCompany and AGIS transaction requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders 2. Conduct global InterCompany transaction process and Oracle R12 AGIS design workshops 3. Lead/Conduct tax requirement interviews 4. Identify and solution for AGIS and taxation gaps 5. Develop detailed tax regimes to rate flows for US and other countries in scope 6. Develop InterCompany and EBtax transaction process flow diagrams 7. Develop Oracle R12 AGIS configuration documents for AGIS and EB Tax 8. Configure Oracle R12 Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS) and EB Tax 9. Lead development and execution of test scripts for EB tax and AGIS 10. Support development of training material and knowledge transfer 11. Develop Functional Specifications for RICE objects 12. Coordinate final review and sign-off of appropriate client deliverables Skills 1. Expert in leading global taxation requirements workshops 2. Expert in R2R Finance Process with focus on intercompany transactions 3. Strong understanding of finance processes, tax impacts and AGIS functionality 4. More than 5 years of global Oracle R12 EB Tax implementation experience including VAT and Sales & Use Tax 5. More than 10years of Oracle ERP implementation and more than 5 years of Oracle R12 AGIS global implementation experience including North America, Europe, and South America 6. Strong experience in best practices for Intercompany transactions process and Oracle R12 AGIS implementation 7. Must have at least 2 Oracle R12 full lifecycle implementations experience 8. Hands on and up to date experience in developing AGIS and Tax regimes, creating Oracle configuration docs (BR.100), and Oracle R12 configuration 9. Strong experience in financial consolidation, intercompany transaction reconciliations, and reporting 10. Strong experience in managing relationship with senior Business and IT executives 11.
