Role: QA tester Location: Fort Worth, Texas Duration: long term Interview : Phone or Skype Job Description : QA TESTER MUST HAVE iTKO LISA and QTP EXPERIENCE IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED · Open to C2C if Candidates possesses Qualifications · The hands-on technical Quality Assurance Tester is responsible for ensuring quality testing for Instrumental division within large enterprise. · Plan and manage testing efforts for new and existing development projects. · Strategic, big-picture quality assurance testing experience is critical for this role. Work with other QA Testers to ensure the quality and efficiency of the testing team. · This position works in a fast paced team environment with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers, Testers, and upper level management to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy of software solutions Responsibility level * Review software requirements and design documentation, and discuss requirements with business users to prepare overall strategic test plan Develop and execute software test plans/cases in order to identify software problems and their causes. * Experience with ITKO testing is a MUST HAVE * Must have at least 3 years of proven experience leading an offshore team * Must have 3 years of SQL experience * Must have 3 years of experience using Quality Center or another comparable test management tool * Must have 2 - 3 years experience in creating reports from Quality Center * Must have 5 years hands-on experience with the use of Quick Test Pro (QTP) with VB scripting * Strong knowledge of computer development software, such as Microsoft Visual Basic, Linux, JavaScript, etc (Required) * Must have 2 years of hands-on experience with Web Services / SOA testing * Ensure proper execution of test plans and adherence to quality standards * Determine test environment requirements and ensure readiness for testing * Identify and ensure appropriate test data is available to support testing * Manage Defects and report test results * Interact effectively with various levels of management * Self starter with high level of initiative Technical skills * Able to create automated test cases designed to thoroughly test software for client use using Agile SDLC Methodology * Must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience writing manual test cases * Must have 5 years of hands-on experience writing detailed test plans * Must have 5 years of hands-on experience writing automated test scripts * Must have 2 - 3 years experience in creating Automation Frame works * Must have at least 3 years of proven experience leading and assigning tasks to junior testers * Must have 2 - 3 years experience in the use of Descriptive programming * Basic Knowledge of MQ and JMS Testing * Load Runner experience is a plus Education/Experience * Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering or relevant field required * 6-10 years QA experience required, Strong communication skills required Thanks.
