Convert VB and access applications to .net.
Senior programmer needed to quickly convert applications to .net using a
newly developed SQL backend.
Integrate approximately 25 individual stand-alone systems into a
coordinated, standardized menu of applications using the latest version of
.net and SQL 2012
Work with in-house team to set priorities
Document system requirements
Assist in design of templates and documentation
Review data model
Work with in-house DBAs and supervising developer and .net developers
Write systems according to specifications
*MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE *
Excellent knowledge and experience with C#/VB.Net/Asp.net
*Experience with XAML and MVVM*
Fast learner.
Able to understand specification quickly.
Documentation.
Code must be precisely documented so it can be maintained by in-house staff
Efficiency. Programmer should be able to produce efficient code which makes
optimum use of resources.
*Strong experience and full knowledge in Windows Presentation Framework and
Entity Framework. *
