Title: TIBCO Developer Location: Princeton, NJ Duration: 6 Months *Technical Requirements:* - 5+ Years of extensive working knowledge on TIBCO BW, ADB adaptor, EMS - Good understanding of HL7 data model and nice to have experience on TIBCO HL7 plug-in - Hands on knowledge on BusinessConnect and EDI protocols. - Should have hands on experience on TIBCO Administrator and HAWK, comfortable in deployments aspects of the BW code. - Ability to tune the run-time parameters to improve performance of BW processes. - Good understanding of publish-subscribe model. - Knowledge of various transport protocols such as SFTP, AS2, SOAP/HTTPS, REST etc. - Desirable to have understanding of PGP encryptions, SSH public / private keys. - Good understanding for standard frameworks such as CLE (Logging and Exception Handling) and monitoring. Job Description: - Work with PM, Architects, users and other technical teams in detailing the requirements specification. - Design and document the detailed design. - Code in BW as per the design specification. - Lead and guide the offshore team. - Build unit plan and execute. - Participate in integration testing and effective resolve any outstanding issues. - Provide regular project updates. - Follow the SDLC and enterprise quality processes and standards. *Soft Skills:* - Should have excellent communication skills - Should be able work in onsite/offshore delivery model *Let me know if needed any help from my end.
