Role : Senior Cognos Consultant Location : Seattle, WA We're looking for a Senior Cognos Consultant, who can handle him/herself in a politically challenging environment (needs a solid communication, facilitation, technical, and managerial skills). In general, we'd be looking for a consultant to support the following activities: 1. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to review existing reports 2. Evaluate Cognos system and report designs, and provide recommendations for the best performance with Teradata 3. Mentor developers and team leads 4. Collaborate with company resources to establish evaluation and skill development roadmaps 5. Provide planning guidance, including review and recommendations for creating spec, coding and unit testing estimates 6. Review and set standards for BI development (quality), for both on-shore and off-shore teams 7. Hands-on report development Tableau experience is a plus. Thanks.
