Below is the job description. I can ONLY submit candidates who are *CURRENTLY located in the Dallas / Fort Worth area*. As a member of our SharePoint team, you will develop business-changing enterprise solutions with SharePoint 2010 and other leading-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience developing web applications using Microsoft and compatible technologies including SharePoint 2007/2010, Visual Studio, VB.Net, and C#. Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Expertise in SharePoint implementations. * Experience in .NET development. * Experience in SQL Server or equivalent databases. * Experience in Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). * Experience with Microsoft IIS/Windows, or equivalent server platforms. * Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming and Design. * Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. * Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills. * Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment. * Ability to present ideas and solutions in business-friendly and user-friendly language. * Highly self-motivated and self-directed. * Keen attention to detail. * Design and develop portal content and applications that integrate with other enterprise systems and third party products. * Integrate non-SharePoint related services into SharePoint applications as needed. * Assist other developers, analysts, and designers in conceptualizing and developing SharePoint solutions. * Provide expertise and support to end users and other members of the IT support team. * Conduct research on emerging SharePoint development tools and strategies. * Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades. Technical Requirements: * Must have 2+ years of experience and knowledge in SharePoint Server 2007/2010 and Windows SharePoint Services administration, design and architecture. * Experience in developing and utilizing SharePoint components including web parts, templates, forms, content management, business intelligence, and workflows. * Must have developed SharePoint solutions using Microsoft .Net technologies framework including: ASP.Net 3.0/3.5, C#, XML, AJAX,SQL Server 2005/2008, SharePoint Designer 2007 and MS InfoPath 2007 * Possess ability to design and implement custom web parts and applications that leverage SharePoint OM * Experience in SharePoint web services, SPS/MOSS API and workflows * Experience in software development life cycle * Strong understanding of MOSS * ASP.Net 3.0/3.5, C#, XML, AJAX,SQL Server 2005/2008, SharePoint Designer 2007 and MS InfoPath 2007 * Experience in SharePoint web services * SPS/MOSS API * Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field or equivalent experience.
