Job Description :
Position details attached. Must have/primary keys:
· Collaborate withClient's Technology areas in support of the client's
muessaging/and trade settlement product workstation in all environments.
· Respond to all Salesforce and other requests for analysis and
troubleshooting
related to the Product workstation.
· Direct Client through various necessary troubleshooting efforts using
available resources such as Black Box, DBMon and Webex.
· Provide both scheduled and adhoc information related to workstation
usage, statistics, and client information.
· Actively monitor status of all client's Product Middle Tier
serversin
all environments.
Primary relationships will be with other members of the development team as
well as members of the Cross-Functional teams, including Client Contact Center,
Product Management, Product Design, Testing and Release Services and Project
Management
Required:
· 8+ years software engineering experience - - experience with
distributed
programming and software development utilizing UNIX, C++, DCE, InstallShield
and MS Windows
· Experience in the various phases of the system development life cycle
including project planning, analysis and design, coding, and testing
· Experience with MQ Client, Accurev a plus
· UI experience using HTML/JSP/XML/XSL is desired
· Experience with OLTP systems, App performance, unit testing with
JUnit
· Proficiency in Unix, shell scripts
· Experience in the various phases of the system development life cycle
including project planning, analysis and design, coding, and testing
· Experience with MQ Client, Accurev a plus
