Develops corporate-wide standards to ensure compatibility and integration of multi-vendor platforms. Develops, packages and automates distribution of installation executable software and related software on target machines; Performs software deployment tool administration (e.g., SMS) to include site administration, site performance and log file measurements, manages SMS inventory collections, manages query functions and server maintenance, to include writing SQL statements for SQL queries; Performs administration on both the deployed configuration management tools; Creates job scheduling; works with developers and command center staff to create, configure and troubleshoot mid tier job scheduling jobs as well as required to run with the scheduling tool; Monitors and resolves any problems that may arise from the distribution or installation to include expertise in connections; Maintains data dictionaries and ensures integration of systems through data design; Performs quality control and auditing of databases to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data; Troubleshoots and tunes data warehouse applications for system and performance problems; identifies and resolves information flow, content issues, and transformation of business requirements into logical data models; At higher levels, may provide functional guidance, advice, and/or training to less-experienced administrators.
