Please let me know your thoughts. 3 references required. *Candidates should have at least 84 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:* - Bachelor level or higher degree with concentration in Information Technology or Project Management, or national certification in Project Management. - Experience with multi entity project teams in the development and successful implementation of multi-year development projects. Experience should include a variety of application development, Commercial Off-the -Shelf (COTS) implementation and technical infrastructure (hardware and software)projects. - Experience implementing projects utilizing industry standard project management and software development life cycle methodologies in a highly secure public sector environment. - Experience implementing deployment strategies spanning multiple entities, including risk mitigation strategies associated with ensuring implementation success, dissecting deployments into manageable risk averse phases, and involving both business and Vendor teams across highly available and scalable multitier applications. - Experience working with application developers, business analysts, systems analysts or other information systems technicians to track and manage business requirements, systems analysis and testing plans. - Demonstrated effective team building, facilitation and presentation skills, and the ability to work and communicate with diverse groups.
