Job Title: QA Lead (No H1B) Duration: 6 month Contract to Hire Location: Monterrey, CA Rate: $45/hr on Corp to Corp You should be an expert in Coded UI Test Framework, Microsoft Test Manager, and Quick Test Professional with proven QA lead or management experience. Duties: Manage the QA team and define test strategies, influence architecture, design deliverables and optimize QA capacity needs across different projects. Efficiently driving product quality and promoting leading industry best practices meeting QA department goals and objectives. Be the face of the QA organization through all phases of the SDLC and closely collaborate with other stakeholders. Implement ongoing quality improvement processes working with interdepartmental teams. Develop and manage QA metrics for performance improvement of all teams. Qualifications 5+ years of QA experience is required. Proven experience in automated test tools (Microsoft Test Manager, QTP, Coded UI Framework, etc.) is required. Experience in QA lead, supervisory, or managerial role required. Experience in TFS, VB.Net, C# is required.
