Contact: 732-790-2266 EXT 105. *NOTE: Only Citizens, GC and GC EAD’s can Apply.* *Job Role: Performance Tester.* *Location: Newark, DE.* •Review and understand the non functional requirements and design specifications •Interact extensively with various on/off-site team members from their own teams, including members from other teams such as Function & Product, to understand application functionality and scope •Develop overall performance test strategy and test estimates for the program portfolio and plan the performance testing effort for each application/project based on the project timeline •Responsible for creating/running performance test scripts using Loadrunner VUGEN •Identify application bottlenecks through Loadrunner Analysis or other monitoring tools •Responsible to run test scripts for Load Test, Stress Test, Capacity Planning, Spike Test, Soak Test, Benchmark and Baseline Test •Work with the development team for performance tuning and diagnostics •Suggest performance test process improvements based on incident trends.
