This position will support production/ QA/Development Databases for multiple applications. Applications include OLTP and Data warehousing applications. Experience in upgrade/ migration in Oracle 11g / 12c in RAC environment using ASM is a must. Data Guard experience will be beneficial. Performance tuning experience is needed in large oracle environment. Strong RAC knowledge is essential for this position. Skill Summary: 10g/11g/12c RAC Red Hat Linux 3.0+ Oracle RMAN Grid control/ EM EMC , ASM PL/SQL Shell Scripting Data warehouse. , OBIEE Oracle HR Suite 11.5 Oracle Partitioning Required Oracle Skills: · 10g , 11g RAC Configuration · 10g/11g Running on Red Hat Linux · Several years of experience in the patching and installation of Oracle on Unix/Linux · Ability to troubleshoot performance problems using Oracle Traces (TKPROF, Trace Analyzer) and stats pack · Several years’ experience in RMAN · Oracle Performance tuning, specifically SQL, PL/SQL, and General DB tuning · Performance tuning with large tables, including BLOB’s, Bfiles, Partitions, and DW · Experienced in shell scripting . · EMC/Oracle Performance (Disk) tuning · Experience in Oracle Monitoring (Custom Shell/Perl/SQL Scripts) · Experience in Oracle Enterprise manager.
