Role : SAP Data Archiving Location : Milwaukee, WI Duration : Long term Two resources are required to support a funded project. Need one ILM Technical for an estimated 688 hours (86 days). Experience requested: * The resource should be familiar with the current SAP and non-SAP technical architecture. * 3+ years of ILM and or SAP Archiving experience * Have strong familiarity with or experience as a SAP basis consultant, ABAP developer or good application expertise in configuration of SAP * Possess a good understand of SAP ECC architecture landscape * Understand Non-SAP system document workflow and document type/classes Need one xECM Technical for an estimated 320 (40 days). Experience requested: * The resource should be familiar with the current SAP and non-SAP technical architecture. * 3+ years of OpenText xECM experience * Have strong familiarity with or have been experience as a SAP basis consultant, SAP Security/Authorization or good application expertise in configuration of SAP * Possess a good understand of SAP ECC architecture landscape Understand Non-SAP system document workflow and document type/classes The processes in scope in this SOW include: SAP Open Text Extended ECM, Document Access & SAP ArchiveLink 1. Participate in workshop 2. Assist SAP with the creation of the xECM Guidebook 3. Assist client with the creation of the DTA processes into the client Solution Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) and the client Project Management Methodology (PMM). SAP Archiving and Retention Management 1. Participate in workshop 2. Assist SAP with the creation of the SAP Archiving and Retention Management Guidebook 3. Assist client with the creation of the DTA processes into the SDLC and PMM Non-SAP Archiving and Retention Management 1. Participate in workshop 2. Assist SAP with the creation of the Non-SAP Archiving Guidebook 3. Assist client with the creation of the DTA processes into the SDLC and PMM System Decommissioning and Retention Warehouse 1. Participate in workshop 2. Assist SAP with the creation of the Systems Decommissioning Guidebook For purposes of clarification, the term "Guidebook" refers to a defined, repeatable project methodology for the client's Archiving, Data Retention, and Records and Information Management processes.
