They will work with NOC and Operations Engineering in identifying and correlating problems seen with AOP in Production. These problems come in as Tech Support tickets and are of a timely sensitive nature. This person would have experience dealing with multiple tasks at any one time. They would communicate clearly back to the relevant parties when an issue arrives. They would then identify the work needed to fix the issue and work with AOP Developers and Qa to get the issue resolved to a satisfactory nature.
