Including but not limited to: Dialog Programming, ALV Reports, *Additional Qualifications* - Candidates must have prior experience with the design of technical solutions to meet business requirements (not just the development). Should also have prior experience with resource oversight, including work assignment and quality control on deliverables *Candidate Availability* - Candidates Should be available for immediate consideration and potential project start *Interview Process -* Will include an initial 30 minute phone or skype interview with a client interviewing manager. *Interview Schedule* - First round interviews expected to begin as soon as qualified candidates are presented, second round interviews to begin week immediately after. *Job Summary:* The Technical Developer is responsible for guiding the overall design, developing standards and the day-to-day development of new code within their area of expertise. This includes, but is not limited to, working with the functional and processes, analyzing program requirements, development of requirements, supporting off shore development efforts and the completion of test plans. The current environment consists of ECC, SCM, CRM, GTS, BW, XI, Solution Manager and EP. *To qualify At least 3 years of experience developing HCM solutions on SAP ECC 6.0: HR Modules such as Payroll, Personnel Management and Benefits.* - ESS and MSS experience is a plus *Essential Function*s: - Participating with the design teams, business stakeholders and architecture groups to develop solution roadmaps to support client’s business innovation and growth - Collaborate with the design team on developing a strategy for introducing new technical features within your area of expertise. - Responsible for providing technical leadership in area of domain expertise. - Responsible for working with the team members to develop standards and best practices for implementing and supporting new development and technologies. - Responsible for developing and overseeing the development of technical solutions to meet business requirements. - Work as a key project resource taking day-to-day work direction and accepting accountability for technical aspects of development, including guiding and auditing the work of contract resources *Required Qualifications:* - Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; - *6 years minimum of IT related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. - 5+ years of related development/project experience with HCM & PI - 5+ years of SAP based development including high level of ABAP development expertise. Including but not limited to: Dialog Programming, ALV Reports,* - Prior experience with the technical design of the business solution and resource supervision, or experience as a Team Lead - Working with Authorization Objects, working knowledge of Object Oriented methodology. - Demonstrated success in utilizing new SAP development technologies to deliver valuable business solutions - Demonstrated technical and leadership experience of a development group and/or project - Ability to translate client requirements into a feasible design solution. - Demonstrated experience working on large projects in a team environment. - Ability to multi-task efficiently on parallel efforts (customer issues, prototyping/architecture, implementation etc). - Able to independently tackle complex assignments with significant initial ambiguity. - Solid understanding of relational databases and database design fundamentals, with experience in Oracle preferred. *Desired Qualifications:* - Experience in SAP development using ALE/IDOC, RFC. - Experience and/training in user interaction design. - Experience working with an off-shore development team.
