The candidate must possess excellent technical knowledge in advance networking areas, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and escalate issues affectively. Candidate must also have strong verbal and written communications skills as well as strong customer service skills. A hands on approach and willingness to work out of hours is essential. · Lead and participate in group projects with global as well as regional team members Join team in providing operational support, especially as escalation point in area of expertise Participation in solution development and implementation Perform network configuration changes in accordance with change management process Perform root cause analysis for service interruption recovery, creating preventative measures to deploy in the enterprise Create and maintain network documentation as it relates to network configuration, network diagrams and processes.
