As an integral part of our team, our Front End Engineer works with team members to implement customer facing, rich interfaces for both internal and external clients. · The team you will join is iShares Analytics and Data Sciences. This team creates and distributes research-driven tools to the iShares community to enable swift and accurate insights into the global ETF marketplace. The team is highly sought after to solve data- and analytically-intensive challenges and present them in intuitive and visually compelling ways. · We operate much like a start-up, and have access to state-of-the art technologies such as Greenplum MPP (massively parallel databases), Aleri ESP (Streaming Complex Event Processing), High Frequency Data Analytics Tools (OneTick), high performing in-memory databases (VoltDB/GemFire/SQLFire) and highly-flexible complex visualization tools (Panopticon & Tableau).
