Job Title :Salesforce.com Developer - Team Lead Work Location : Andover MA Duration : 6 Months Contract Interview : F2Fafter phone Responsibilities We are currently seeking a Developer and potential Team Lead to develop and maintain Salesforce.com based CRM platform. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing existing contract staff and 3rd party development to ensure continuity in our long term technical approach. Candidate must have experience with the Salesforce.com platform including Apex development, visual force and other common Salesforce development technologies. Responsibilities include: · Lead a team of developers in creating well-architected solutions · Work with Project Management to arrive at technical tasks and estimates · Enforce enterprise knowledge management practices across their team (documentation etc) · Create new standards that enhance the quality of application development · Design and develop component level solutions to increase programming productivity · Support and enhance existing systems · Mentor and develop junior team members with technical proficiency · Document both potential and provided solutions · Review and test software components for quality and performance. · Work with architects, analysts and business users for development, testing and deployment strategies, and presentations Requirements / Experience · 10+ years hands-on experience developing n-tier applications using Java/J2EE/C++ · Minimum 1 year as a Technical Team Lead · 5+ years hands on experience with Salesforce.com Apex development & Visual Force · Data Warehouse and/or Data strategies · Work with software development team and data warehouse team to manage roadmap and execution for all CRM initiatives. · Conversant with modern sales and marketing strategies. · Experience in the financial services industry is a plus · Experience in various testing methods - performance, load, stress etc. - a plus · Salesforce.com Developer Certification preferred Thanks.
