Consultant will interact with both internal client resources and also directly with the client, so communications/ consulting skills are required. The role will be focused on both tradtiional BTA tasks such as requirements gathering and design document creation, but also will assist in triaging issues with the system, so technical capabilities are more critical than for a usual BTA role. 1. Must have functional knowledge of PS Benefits/WFA and Payroll. 2. Requirements gathering and translating them into design document. 3. Able to articulate problems and solutions to present to the internal and external client. 4. Be able to answer questions from the operations and developers. 5. Able to read and understand COBOL traces. 6. Working knowledge on SQL, SQR, App Engine, Peoplecode, Component Interface, Datamover, Unix scripting 7.
